Hi, I'm Amanda! I'm a pediatric speech language pathologist with over 15 years of experience working in school and pediatric private practice settings. I also have a degree in design, and I try to include creative ways to engage and motivate children in my practice. I have extensive experience working with children with speech sound disorders and language impairment. This includes phonological disorders, motor-based speech disorders (e.g., dysarthria and childhood apraxia of speech), articulation disorders, and receptive-expressive language impairment (i.e., otherwise known as "developmental language disorder"). I have a special interest working with children with concomitant executive functioning weaknesses that can negatively impact attention, working memory, planning, and organization.

I am licensed in North Carolina and Massachusetts, and I am a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association, where I hold my certificate of clinical competence.
